
Signature Wines Hires New Chief Executive
Office
Hayward,
Calif.; Signature Wines, specialty
wine marketing company, announced it has
hired Sarah Hundley Garcia as its new
Chief Executive Officer.
“We are delighted to welcome Sarah
as the new leader of our Signature Wines
team,? said Monica Granados, Director
of Marketing for Signature Wines. “She
brings a wealth of knowledge to the table,
with an extensive background that includes
more than 15 years? experience in product
development, sales and marketing, operations,
and finance."
Garcia has managed consumer and wholesale
businesses of various sizes. Most recently,
she was President of a $100 million home
furnishings business with facilities in
Mexico, China, and Southern California.
Prior to that, she was President of high-end
manufacturer and importer, McGuire Furniture,
which had operations in San Francisco
and Indonesia. Garcia also has held upper
management positions with such prestigious
organizations as L?Oreal, Johnson &
Johnson, and Kraft General Foods. She
was a member of the Young Presidents Organization
Barbary Coast Chapter and is a graduate
of Yale University and Harvard Business
School, where she received her MBA.
As the new CEO of Signature Wines, Garcia's
goal is to optimize the company's technology
platform in order to grow the Signature
Wines? business in the personalization,
consumer subscription, and club arenas.
